Students learn through discussion, hands-on-experiments, videos and demonstrations. In addition, trade books are used to teach concepts in the primary grades. Traditional textbooks are used in the middle and upper grades.  Upper grade students experience an in-depth study of living organisms and processes involved in maintaining life. Basic physics and chemistry enable students to study matter, energy and the laws that govern their movements. Our Health program studies physical, social, and mental well-being.  Basic health concepts are taught and reinforced in each grade.
