Hello! My name is Chelsea White and I teach 1st Grade here at St Veronica.
From the time I was very young, I knew there was nothing I wanted to do more than become a teacher. I grew up corralling my younger siblings and cousins into playing school where we lived in Anderson Township while attending Forest Hills schools. I graduated from Turpin High School in 2010 and went on to Northern Kentucky University, where I earned my degree in elementary education, graduating in 2014. I spent one year at Anderson Hills Preschool and Kindergarten before starting my teaching journey here at St Veronica. This will be my eighth year at St Veronica, and my sixth year in 1st Grade at St Veronica--I have also taught a year of preschool and a year of kindergarten.
I was born and raised Catholic, and attended weekly religion classes at Guardian Angels growing up. I love teaching in an environment where faith is incorporated on a daily basis. Teaching truly is my passion. In addition to teaching at St Veronica, I am also a teacher at Gotta Dance in Anderson Township. I teach ballet, tap, and jazz classes to students age three all the way to fourth grade! If I'm not teaching a room full of children somewhere, you can most likely find me reading a book, playing with my puppy, or traveling to Disney World!
