I was born and raised on the west side of Cincinnati and attended grade school at St. James White Oak and then attended LaSalle High School. I graduated from the College of Mount St. Joseph in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in Music Education and earned my Master's of Music Education from the University of Hawaii in 2010. I still live on the west side in Bridgetown with my wife and four boys. When I'm not teaching, I love spending time with my family playing games, watching movies, and playing outside/swimming.
My very first teaching job out of college in 2004 was right here at St. Veronica and I have been here ever since! In addition to teaching general music to all students in Preschool-8th grade, I also direct extracurricular activities such as the Advanced Band (gr. 5-8), Beginning Band (4th/5th grade), Vocal Ensemble (gr. 5-8), Show Choir (gr. 7-8) and school musical (gr. 3-8). I believe every child can perform music and it is a strong passion of mine to work with the students of St. Veronica to find their inner musician and help them to appreciate, learn, develop, and love all of the many exciting elements of music.
