Login to your OptionC account to complete all required electronic forms for the 2024-2025 school year. eForms can be found under the Communication tab. (New families will receive an email with login instructions.)

Print and complete the required Dismissal Plan (one form per K-8 student).  Copies will also be available at the Back to School Open House on August 19th. This form MUST be returned on the first day of school, or turned in at the Open House.

Review the Supply List for your applicable grades. Supplies can be brought with you to the Preschool / Pre-K / Kindergarten Orientations on August 15, Back to School Open House on August 19, or with your student on the first day of school.

Throughout the school year, parent volunteers will be needed for various events, field trips, cafeteria help, etc. All volunteers must be certified through SafeParish. For information on how to complete this process, click here.

If you haven't already done so, apply for or renew your EdChoice Scholarship. Details can be found here. If you received a letter from the state with an Acceptance Form, return your signed form(s) to [email protected] as soon as possible. If you have not received this, complete a blank form found here. If you are a new applicant, you must also complete and return the Signature Authorization form. FACTS accounts have been updated with 2024-2025 EdChoice awards. Each K-8 family will receive a Family Income Form during the first week of school. This information is very important to ensure our continued participation in federal programs. These programs provide a variety of materials and services for the students, teachers, and our school. It is one of the benefits our students receive from your tax dollars, and we do not want to lose it! Please return the Family Income Form to the school office by Friday, September 6. Check your school district's transportation Bus Route E-Link (West Clermont / Milford / Batavia) for busing information. The login for West Clermont's Bus Route E-Link is the student's first two letters of the last name + first four letters of the first name (username) and the student's 8-digit DOB (password).

The Parent/Student Handbook for 2024-2025 contains new or updated policies for the following: Cell Phones, Uniforms, Attendance, and Birthday Treats. Please familiarize yourself with these new policies, along with all other items in the Parent/Student Handbook.
